How it all began…

The Henrietta Donovan Catering Company began some 21 years ago when Henrietta left the exclusive Pavilion in London as Head Chef to pursue a free lance career, catering for weddings, corporate dinners and parties across Kent, London and the South East. Having built an enviable reputation for high quality, sophisticated dishes at the well established Pavilion in Finsbury Circus, Henrietta has since worked for a range of private and corporate clients, and has even cooked on location.

Henrietta’s long standing commitment to high quality local produce has enabled her to establish a reputation for delivering original, elegant dishes with a touch of extravagance.

Simplicity, sophistication and a sense of fun are the main ingredients for every dish.
